Torino Food possesses a manual of appropriate hygienic practices based on the principles dictated by the HACCP system which is applied from the reception of the raw materials, during the different phases of the production process until the final product is obtained. That being said:

– We have analysed the hygiene risks for each of our products and have identified the critical points of the (HACCP ) regulation;

– The raw materials, the intermediary products and the finished products are submitted to periodic controls and analysis;

– Our personnel is capable of executing the tasks entrusted to them in a professional manner; they are equally trained and recycled periodically on the fundamental elements of hygiene;

– Our offices, our machinery (AISI 304 Stainless Steel) and our equipment comply with current regulation in matters of hygiene and security.
